Hiring: Assembly Worker (Manufacturing)
Job description
We are looking for a motivated Assembly Worker to join our production team in Konala, Helsinki (on-site). In this role, you will be assembling Oceanvolt’s components for electric motors and propulsion systems. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the co-operation with our OEM subcontractor. We have a strong focus on ensuring high product quality.
You will contribute to improving manufacturing processes and documentation, and in some cases, may participate in customer site installations. Communication skills are an advantage, as occasional travel to customer sites may be required. We value initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on mindset. An entrepreneurial spirit is considered a plus.
Requirements for an ideal candidate
• Vocational school degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Strong practical skills and problem-solving ability
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and experience in an international environment
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Customer service orientation
Considered as an advantage
• Experience in installation work for vehicles (trucks, buses), watercrafts (boats, ships), or aircrafts
• Interest in boating and marine technology
