Hiring: Business Controller
Business Controller – Oceanvolt Oy
We are looking for a Business Controller to join our team in Konala, Helsinki.
Your role
• You will be closely involved in the development of Oceanvolt’s ERP system (Odoo).
• Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Carry out cost accounting, margin analysis, and other financial reporting to support decision-making.
• Drive process development and ensure seamless integration between production, finance, and sales data.
What we expect
• Previous experience in controlling or financial management, preferably in a manufacturing and OEM environment
• ERP expertise (Odoo experience considered an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for process development
• Fluency in Finnish and English
