Markus Mustelin Appointed New CEO of Oceanvolt
Oceanvolt a leading supplier of hybrid electric power & propulsion systems to the boating industry has announced the appointment of Markus Mustelin as their new CEO. He will assume responsibilities on 6.3.2017 and will succeed Timo Jaakkola, who has been managing Oceanvolt for the past 4 years.
Markus Mustelin is coming from outside the company and he has a solid track record of leadership in growth companies and competitive B2B environments. His last role was as CEO of Edenred Finland Oy.
Mr Mustelin also has an outstanding track record in yacht racing and he has circumnavigated the globe 3 times in the Whitbread Round the World (now Volvo Ocean Race) race.
