We are looking for a CTO / Production Manager to take responsibility of our production and R&D projects. The systems are being manufactured at our premises at Kaivoksela, Vantaa. The Oceanvolt R&D team consists of professionals in mechanical design, HW and SW design and shipbuilding. The production team consists of technicians and electricians. The employment can start immediately, at the latest 1st July.

Several years of experience in R&D management
Understanding of Production processes
Understanding of basic SW, HW and Mechanics
Fluent english
Willingness to travel
Experience with Tekes and EU funding mechanisms
Systematic and organized way of work
Sailing experience or interest in learning it is a plus but not a requirement for the job.
