Hiring: Area Sales Manager, Nordic Countries
The main functional responsibility of the Area Sales Manager is to manage the overall sales activity in the set area. As a member of the sales team, the AREA SALES MANAGER shall, together with the other members take part in strategy implementation and the development of the area to ensure long-term sustainability of the business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner management and accomplishment of the business targets in respective area
- Deep know how about business potential & competition in his/her area
- Benchmarking and setting targets on sales and presenting a yearly sales budget
- Visiting customers regularly and prioritizing key customers with repeat business potential
- Representing the company externally, participating in trade shows and customer events
An Ideal candidate should have/be:
- Passionate about sustainable solutions & smart innovations
- Fluent in English (speaking/written) and international experience
- Good working proficiency in Swedish and Finnish
- Experience in the sailing/boating industry
- Proven track record from successful sales work
- Skills in having good relationship with different clients and stakeholders
- Strong, energetic & enthusiastic, a team player
- Good at planning and time management
- Hands on attitude
- Self-driven & able to travel frequently & regularly in the set area
- Professional experience could be from the manufacturing industry and building global sales networks
The AREA SALES MANAGER will be reporting directly to the Sales Director
