Oceanvolt Appoints Alec von Weissenberg as Chief Executive Officer

Oceanvolt, a leading provider of electric propulsion solutions for boats, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alec von Weissenberg as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mikael Heikfolk, effective immediately.
Alec von Weissenberg brings extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of Oceanvolt’s business, customers, and technology to his new role. Having been part of the Oceanvolt team for more than eight years, Alec has played a key role in the company’s commercial growth and market expansion.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Alec served as Commercial Director at Oceanvolt, where he was responsible for leading the company’s sales activities and overseeing key commercial operations. In this role, he successfully drove sales development while strengthening relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Alec has served as a member of Oceanvolt’s Board of Directors since March 2026, further demonstrating his commitment to the company’s long-term strategy and success.
Commenting on his appointment, Alec expressed his excitement about the new role.
