Hiring: Production staff member (Assembly of electronics)
Job description
In this position, you will be working as a production staff member manufacturing Oceanvolt components for electric motors and propulsion systems. Additionally, your role includes handling customer projects and deliveries. Above all, your main responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure customer satisfaction, you will contribute to improving documentation and providing installations support to customers. Ability to communicate with customers is a key trait in order to succeed in this role. We expect you to take initiative and to be able to work in a constantly developing environment. An entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
Traits of an ideal candidate:
- At least a vocational school degree with a specialization in electrical engineering or other relevant experience
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and experience working in an international environment
- Customer service orientated
- Passion for working with your hands and problem solving
The following things are considered as advantage:
- Good handicraft skills
- Experience with boat electrics / electronics
- B2B experience
- Interest in boats and boating
